The present invention relates to a kinaesthesia-tactus generator of a multi-mode with a fluid, a design method thereof, a damper device using the kinaesthesia-tactus generator, a portable device, a method for generating resistance, and a recording medium. The present invention comprises a housing, a plunger, upper and lower slope fluid flow paths, a touched plate, an upper housing cover, a lower housing cover, and an O-ring. The present invention is provided to generate a flow mode, a shear mode, and a squeeze mode in the upper and lower slope fluid flow paths, thereby actively generating the flow mode, the shear mode, and the squeeze mode; providing bigger resistance than before in a magnetic field of the same intensity; and generating strong resistance by using low power.
