3D CT-Fluoroscopy 시스템을 위한 고성능 디지털 X-선 센싱 기술개발

3-dimensional(3D) Computed Tomography(CT)-Fluoroscopy with a flat-panel detector which represents an advanced imaging technology is being developed. The system is available in the interventional radiology suite but designed primarily to support orthopedic surgery. 3D CT-Fluoroscopy is a cone-beam imaging system which provide a 3-dimensional volumetric imaging(CT-like) and a 2-dimensional real time(Fluoroscopy). To determine the optimal design parameters and user's clinical requirements, x-ray source and sensing system is investigated and designed. The key features may translate to a decrease in the radiation dose to the patient and operator, increase image quality, and increase safety and confidence. Photon counting readout ASIC chip which is the next generation of medical sensor technology is designed and fabricated. Concrete experiments are will be carried out to evaluate the a performance of low dose 3D CT-Fluoroscopy system.
