The method comprises determining the number m of digital simulation sub modules which need to be generated by physical simulation sub modules i in each bridge arm of each phase, issuing m control instructions to the corresponding physical simulation sub modules i by a valve control system, performing statistics on kinds of the m control instructions and the numbers of the control instructions corresponding to the control instruction kinds, judging the control instruction executed by the corresponding physical simulation sub modules i, copying capacitance voltages and states of the corresponding physical simulation sub modules i to obtain m copies, and uploading the m copies to the valve control system. The system of the invention comprises the value control system, a physical simulation module and a digital simulation device, and the digital simulation device, the physical simulation device and the valve control system are connected through optical fibers. On the premise that the number of the physical simulation sub modules is not increased, the method and the system can comprehensively verify a valve control voltage-sharing function and greatly save material cost.
