On LU Zhi-shen's Fight: Artistry,Creativity and Ornamentality——A discussion with Prof.Bao Peng-shan,lecturer at CCTV's Thinkers' Forum

Prof.Bao Peng-shan's new interpretation of Water Margin believes that Lu Zhi-shen's fight is endowed with the elements "artistry","creativity" and "ornamentality",and thus reaches on the conclusion that the heroes' fight in Water Margin can be divided into three kinds: Lu Zhishen's "artistic" type,Li Kui's "efficient" type and Wu Song's "comprehensive" type,in which Lu Zhishen's fight is the best.In fact,the classical fight scenes of Lin Chong,Wu Song and Li Ku are not worse than Lu Zhishen's.Prof.Bao's induction and deduction are not without loopholes,and his preference of Lu Zhishen over other heroes of the Liang Mountain is biased.
