The Research of Satellite Network Management Architecture Based on Mobile Ad Hoc Network Technology

With the development of the satellite network technology, the unique properties of special network, comparing with the other communication networks, bring the challenge to the effective network management and control needed urgently. Therefore, the new network management architecture has been studied based on the effective network management technology of the mobile ad hoc network. The flexible network management architecture proposed for the satellite network can be applied to the different phase development, meeting with the network scale and the node functions. Moreover, the suggestions of the network management protocol to be applied to the network are given.
