Evaluation of the neural circulatory regulation by 10°head up tilt test in anesthetized humans

10°head up tilt test を用いて, 全身麻酔下の患者の神経性循環調節機能に対する 1) β-blocker 2) 加齢による影響を検討した. 1) では, 冠動脈疾患患者でβ-blocker 服用者 (平均 propranolol 63mg相当), 非服用者各10人を対象とした. 2) では, 循環器系に異常を有さない若年者群 (40歳未満), 中年者群 (40歳以上60歳未満), 高齢者群 (60歳以上) の各7人を対象とした. 麻酔は, NLAにより行い, 測定は手術前に行った. 1) β-blocker は, head up tilt によって静脈還流を低下させた時の循環反射による心拍数の増加を低下させるが, 心拍出量, 動脈圧の変動には影響を及ぼさなかった. 2) 加齢に伴い, 循環反射による心拍数調節ばかりでなく動脈圧調節機能も低下した.
