3-D profilometry for the impact process with marked fringes tracking

In the quick change process of impact or blast,sampling rate of CCD is lower than object move rate,which result in deficiency of CCD's sampling and breaking surface of measured object. Therefore,a novel method of 3-D restoration for high speed movement process was proposed in this paper. Based on Fourier Transform Profilometry(FTP),some problems caused by deficiency of sampling and breaking fringes were solved in 3-D phases unwrapping by marked fringe tracking,Gerchberg iterative algorithm and multipartite processing,and the proper 3-D shape of measured object was obtained. Experiment proves the feasibility of this method.
