Estimating the size of circular pre-images from coarsely digitized representations

The probability density function is computed of the radius of all circular discs that can be digitized into a distinct small number of pixels (<or=5) and-vice-versa-the probabilities of digitizing a circular disc with distinct radius into various numbers of pixels.<<ETX>>
