The engineering calculation of aerodynamics for quasi-waverider vehicle

To estimate longitudinal aerodynamics of quasi-waverider vehicle(QWV) in hypersonic speeds,we use triangle surface element to approach the vehicle's shape configuration,and adopt Dahlem-Buck formula,Prandtl-Meyer formula,tangent cone formula and expansion wave formula respectively to calculate its inviscid aerodynamics according to windside or leeside status.Following,we calculate the viscid drag with experiential formula.Finally,the aerodynamic interactions of main parts of QWV are considered by factors between body and horizontal wings,between horizontal wings and sideling wings.To validate the engineering method,a certain QWV is computed and the results are compared with CFD results.
