Influence of Chinese Compound Prescription on Humoral Immune in Mice with Hepatic Carcinoma Transplanted Subcutaneously

To study the effects of Chinese compound prescription(jiedu xiaozheng and fuzheng yiliu decoction) on IgG and IgM of Humoral immune, complement C3 and C4 in mice with hepatic tumors. The mice were randomly allocated to four groups,i.e.hepatic carcinoma transplanted and no medicine(group A),hepatic carcinoma transplanted and Chinese compound prescription given(group B),no hepatic carcinoma transplanted and fuzheng yiliu given(group C) and control(group D).The results indicated that the contents of IgG in group A,B and C were higher than that of group D(P0.01),while the content in group B was the highest;the content of IgM in group B was higher than others(P0.01);hepatic carcinoma caused complement C3 and C4 reduced, but Chinese compound prescription had no influence on complement C3 and C4.The probable mechanism of Chinese compound prescription is related with the levels of IgG and IgM.
