A method of network selection in shared network

This invention discloses a method for selecting network in share network, which contains A, user terminal receiving the broadcasting information containing location area LA and route area RA parameter LA/RA from network side, then comparing the shared network area SND mark in LA/RA parameter with the SND mark in current LA/RA parameter, if it is not accordance, then executing step B otherwise jumping out said process, B, user terminal selecting mobile network according to received SND mark. In said invention the SND mark is no longer an independent parameter, but a part belonging to LA/RA parameter, and in the shared network the SND mark is unique, which simplifies the system and user terminal process.
