The Learning Organization: Management Theory for the Information Age or New Age Fad?.

Abstract This article examines the basic principles of learning organizations, a hot trend in management, and offers examples from and implications for library management practice. It draws parallels between the learning organization concepts and recent academic library reorganizations.
