Kajian Pengguna BIP Library Mall Bandung

This research aimed to know users studies in BIP Library Mall Bandung, that including needs, wants, and demands from users of BIP Library Mall Bandung. Method that used is descriptive method is simply to explain the facts without any study are as many as 174 people end. Sample of this study is as much as 64 respondents by using sampling techniques is incidental sampling technique. The results obtained from this study that the user needs when visiting BIP Library Mall is to rest, waiting, and discuss and get a sense of security. The desire of users BIP Library Mall when visiting the BIP Library Mall is to get information. Looking at the needs and wants of users BIP Library Mall, demands appears to library material, staff, and facilities are quite good. Keyword: Users, users studies, and BIP Library Mall.
