The charging pile end comprises a both-way alternating current charging and discharging pile, a transformer and a power grid. The both-way alternating current charging and discharging pile is connected with the both-way alternating current charging and discharging motor and the transformer, and the transformer is connected with the power grid. According to the vehicle-mounted charging and discharging system and the control method, electricity charging and discharging transmission between the battery pack and the power grid can be achieved, and the safety is high.
