HAZOP of Vibration Fluidized Bed Dryer

Analysis process of HAZOP was introduced in this paper.Vibration fluidized bed was divided into 7 nodes and each) valuable node deviation was analyzed.Then causes of each) deviation and possible consequences were determined.Finally,control measures were proposed to improve the safety and reliability of vibration fluidized bed,prevent and reduce accidents.
