Research data supporting "Fine-scale precipitation in the high-entropy alloy Al0.5CrFeCoNiCu"

The files uploaded here constitute the raw data files for the experimental results presented in the paper named above. The files are organised according to the figures they are correspond to (one zipped folder per figure). The raw .dm3 picture files generated from the Osiris microscope are available, as are the .emi (.ser) image files for the STEM-EDX data presented. Also included are the raw x-y XRD output files used. Readme files are included in each figure folder.
