Exploring key-point of NPP commissioning management based on analysis of events from NPP commissioning practice in China

In this paper function and phase division of nuclear power plant(NPP)commissioning were described.Several practical events occurred during commissioning of NPPs in China were introduced and analyzed,so that 5 sorts of main causes of events were summarized.Based on that,a set of key-points of NPP commissioning management were proposed,which would be helpful for commissioning management of those nuclear power units currently under construction in China.
