Transformerless 1-phase active power line conditioners

Paper proposes based on inverse /spl Gamma/ topology transformerless 1-phase active power line conditioners (APLC), the multiple capabilities of which include current conditioning and voltage restoring. The effectiveness of the 1-phase APLC is carefully outlined, while the systems general performance and flexibility are intensively investigated. Experimental results of a prototypes are presented to validate proposed approach.
