Intrusion Detection Technology in Network Security

This article introduce the concept of intrusion dectection systems, the component of function unit and the problem that shoud be noted in its carrying out in network security field.It also explains the relation between equipment of IDS and other security equipment. At the same time it point out the shortages and tendency of IDS.
