On the Socialized Service of University libraries in Small and Medium-sized Cities

Based on the feasibility of socialized service of university libraries in small and medium-sized cities,this paper explores strategies of developing socialized service,and finally puts forward some problems small and medium-sized city university libraries should pay attention to in socialized service.
