Analysis and Design of Integrated Magnetic for Push-Pull Forward Converter with Input Filter Inductor and Current Doubler Output Inductor

A push-pull forward converter with input filter inductor and current douhler output inductor is proposed. The converter can get smooth input current, and it's main circuit is simple. The converter can be made small, the efficiency and power density can be high. The operation process of the converter is analyzed. The Z-parameter two-port net work model of the integrated magnetics is proposed. At the same time the converter with the model is simulatied by PSPICE. At last the result of the simulation is proved with experiment.
