The invention provides a railway turnout plane base plate hole-drilling chucking device and a manufacturing method thereof. The railway turnout plane base plate hole-drilling chucking device comprises a baseboard. Supporting portions which are used for supporting railway turnout plane base plate blank are formed on the upper surface of the baseboard. A positioning component is fixedly arranged on the baseboard. The fixing component is provided with one or two datum sides. The datum side is perpendicular to a horizontal plane and parallel to a lengthways central axis of the baseboard. An end plate is fixedly arranged on the baseboard, wherein the end plate is used for positioning the railway turnout plane base plate blank in the lengthways direction. A hole or a groove is formed in the end face of the positioning component. A connecting component is installed on the wall of the hole or the wall of the groove. An adjustable bolt is connected with the connecting component in an inner threaded mode. A pressing plate penetrates through the adjustable bolt. The top end of the adjustable bolt is a screwing end. A blocking portion which is used for blocking the pressing plate is formed on the side of the adjustable bolt. The railway turnout plane base plate hole-drilling chucking device achieves drilling manufacture to a plurality of railway turnout plane base plate blanks at the same time. Production efficiency is improved.
