Software for modelling finite arrays of rectangular waveguides or horns with mutual coupling

A software package has been developed to model arrays of rectangular waveguides or horns with a finite number of elements, and to include the effect of mutual coupling. It provides a program to analyze arrays of different-sized elements; identical-sized elements are treated as a special case. To date the program's principal application has been in the design of feed clusters for satellite antennas and of phased arrays, but it has general application to both single horns and arrays. A number of examples are presented to show the versatility of the program. Comparisons of computed results with experimental data demonstrate the program's accuracy.<<ETX>>
