Performance Analysis of WCDMA Using Vector Signal Transceiver 5644R

Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) technology is a promising technology for 3rd generation. WCDMA is a advancement in the field of CDMA technology, WCDMA operates at 5 MHz wide radio signal bandwidth with a chip rate of 3.84Mcps. This work is based on experimentally simulation analysis of WCDMA system using PXIe VST 5644 WCDMA signal is being analyzed by use of different modulation schemes like BPSK, QPSK and spreading code of different valueis tried to investigate the performance of WCDMA link. 16 QAM with spreading factor of 128 yields best performance. Here EVM Error Vector Magnitude is used as performance metrics. In this experimental Work Vector Signal Transceiver VST 5644R is used along with WCDMA Measurement Suite to investigate the performance of WCDMA Link.
