A technique for sorting and detecting signals in interference

An adaptive filtering technique for spectra correlation discrimination is proposed that provides a means of separating signals on the basis of their spectral correlation characteristics, as determined by the signal parameters (modulation type, band rate, chip rate, hop rate, etc). A conceptual description and a theoretical analysis of the spectral correlation discriminator are given, and computer simulations are presented to demonstrate its utility.<<ETX>>
