Research on the Protection of Historic Buildings with BIM Technology in the Process of City Structural Adjustment——Take the Restoration of Gymnasium in Jilin Architectural and Civil Engineering Institute as an Example

Through application of BIM technology and related software,we restore the architectural structures,skin and equipment pipeline by "layer" model information.It expands the construction data acquisition task load and the information amount covered on the ultimate outcome to a great extent.Through the practice of main buildings restoration project of the Jilin Architectural and Civil Engineering Institute,we will combine historical building research and digital construction teaching.By doing so,we could provide a feasible protection and research methods of historical building for the future city structural adjustment.
