Effective channel adaptive video streaming for wireless network

We present a channel adaptive video streaming method which adjusts the output video bitrate effectively for a wireless network. Experimental results show that the proposed method can not only track the available bandwidth (AB) accurately even when the AB changes abruptly, but can also provide stable video streaming during the entire transmission time.
