Surgery of Stensen's duct.

Twenty patients during the last ten years have had surgery for Stensen's duct problems caused by anomalies and stenosis, trauma, calculi, foreign bodies, and localized inflammation. Treatment of the Stensen's duct injury Is varied by its location and severity. Careful clinical observation and a good sialogram are the bases for selection of the surgical technique to be used. Proper selection of the technique is very important for excellent results.
