An EM-circuit-ANN co-modeling approach for RF module design: Research Articles

A new co-modeling technique dedicated to RF module design and optimization is described. This approach is based on combined EM, circuit, and artificial neural network simulations. Generic segments are parameterized in geometry, physical properties and frequency by analytical models and are integrated into commercial circuit software.
