Universitede calisan ogretim uyeleri, akademik calismalarinin yani sira, gorev yaptiklari birimlerde bircok idari ve burokratik isi de surdurmektedir. Dogal olarak, katlanilan bu ek faaliyetler is yukunun artmasina ve akademik verimliligin azalmasina sebep olmaktadir. Ayrica, calisma ortami kosullarinin uygun olmayisi (ornegin; sinif, labaratuar, ders arac ve gerecleri) ve universite maddi kaynaklarinin yetersiz olmasi ogretim uyelerinin verimliligine olumsuz etki eden diger faktorlerdir. Bu calismada bir muhendislik fakultesinde tam zamanli calisan ogretim uyeleri incelenmis, is yuku seviyelerine etki eden faktorler ve faktorler arasi iliskiler belirlenerek bir analitik ag modeli olusturulmustur. Gelistirilen modeli baska akademik birimler icin genellestirmek mumkundur. Onerilen model Analitik Ag Sureci yontemi kullanilarak analiz edilmis ve bir ornek uygulama yapilmistir Evaluation of the workload is an analysis that should be performed for all types of work branches. The academic staff in a University have to deal with several administrative duties in addition to their academic studies. Naturally, these additional activities cause an increment in the workload and a decrement in the efficiency of the academic staff. Moreover, the inappropriate working conditions (such as, classroom, labs, lecture aids etc.) and the inadequate resources of the Universities are the other factors, which negatively effect the performance of the academic staff. In this study, we observe the academic staff of an Engineering Faculty and we construct an ANP (Analytic Network Process) model to determine the factors that effect the workload, and relations between them. It is possible to apply the developed model for other faculties. We analyze the model by using ANP method and we perform an example application.
