Manufacturing method of a magnetic core of the micro inductor

Provided is a method of manufacturing an I-shaped magnetic core of a micro inductor, which comprises: a panel making step for making a panel by hardening magnetic powder and resin after mixing and shaping the hardening magnetic powder and resin; a hole forming step for forming multiple oblong holes in the panel into a checker figure to make sides of a pillar part of the magnetic core; a long groove forming step for forming long grooves at positions where the holes are included to make the side of the pillar part of the magnetic core; and a cutting step for cutting the panel between the long grooves to form the top and bottom faces of a wing part, and cutting the panel through the center axis of the holes to form sides of the wing part. According to the present invention, the shape of a magnetic core can be maintained as being combined with multiple magnetic cores and a portion that is to be grinded later during most of processes requiring strength, thereby enduring strength requiring difficult processes.
