Analyze of the MPEG-4 compressed streams

In this paper, an analysis of video quality of compressed MPEG-4 stream is performed. The video quality is performed using a test system composed by two metering devices: TEKTRONIX PQA500 Picture Quality Analyzer and TEKTRONIX MTS4EA Elementary Stream Analyzer. The measured parameters of compressed MPEG-4 signal are: macro block measurements and PSNR.
