태권도 540° 몸돌려후려차기 시 숙련도에 따른 운동역학적 요인 비교 분석

The purpose of this research is to suggest the scientific baseline data for safe and effective training by analyzing motor mechanics about the 540° Turning Back Round Kick which is one of the skills that represents Taekwondo demonstration. The study selected 6 athletes among universities’ Taekwondo demonstration members who holds a third grade black belt, whth 10 or more years of experiences. The research divided the selected members into skilled and unskilled groups to compare and analyze them by using a three-dimensional image analysis system and force plate form. In conclusion, in order to perform a 540° Turning Back Round Kick of high degree of completion, athletes have to use their upper body. Also, the angular momentum has to be big enough on the beginning of the jump so that the spinning body moves faster. Instead of focusing on rotational velocity, it is more important to focus on reducing the time of extension (execution of the kick) through earlier flexion of the legs during the launching process of the maneuver. To clarify, during the upward half of the maneuver, the legs must be retracted as soon as possible, thus minimizing the amount of time it takes to reach maximum height for the center of gravity. Moreover, It is important to optimize the vertical force of the jump when jumping off of a surface.
