주거용 건축물 에너지효율등급 평가방법에 따른 난방에너지 소요량 분석

To encourage improvements in building energy efficiency, the Korean government has introduced a Building energy efficiency rating and certification system(BEECS) in 2001. Certification results are important to evaluate its influence on actual energy consumption and real estate markets and to assess the efficacy of the certification as a policy tool for reducing energy consumptions in the building sector. However, the certification results for residential buildings are inconsistent and difficult to analyze because evaluation methods and standards were revised several times. The first version of certification was issued according to the energy saving ratio(%) of the applied complex compared to the reference complex. However, as the certification system was expanded, the calculation method has been changed to evaluate the total primary heating energy based on ISO 13790. The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference of the certification results according to the evaluation methods. For residential buildings, We compared the calculated heating energy consumption from the first version of certification system and from the present system.
