The chopped wave cascade speed control system changes a lot in the topology structure of the main circuit.Most related literatures only gave the explanations from the view of the system whole speed control mechanism,which lacked the detailed and deep analysis to illustrate the interrelation of the electric quantity of each circuit.The circuit structure parameter selection in the engineering applications also mostly started from the experience without reliable analysis conclusion as the support.Based on the characters of the primary components of the circuit in the steady state,the basic relationship between the input and output parameters in the model of the main circuit was studied.The steady-state mathematical model of the main circuit in the average state of the high-frequency chopped wave cycle was obtained.The ripple calculation method of the main electric quantity was analyzed the method for selecting the structure parameters of the circuit was given.The results were verified by the simulation example.
