A Case Report of Chance Type Fracture in the Second Lumber Spine after Harrington's Operation for the Scoliosis

We reported a seventeen-year-old woman with Chance type fracture in the lumber spine which was caused by a slight injury three years after Harrington Instrumentation. Harrington Instrumentation combined with posterior fusion with bone grafting is now a common and basic method for the scoliosis. However, it still causes several problems in a long period of follow-up.
