Research on the Cu(II)-Co(II) Catalyzed Oxidation of Phosphine in Aqueous Solution

Catalytic oxidation of low concentration phosphine in aqueous solution was researched.The effect of velocity of flow and temperature,the content of oxygen and phosphine and the ratio of cobalt(Ⅱ) and cuprum(Ⅱ) was investigated.The experiment results showed that at lower temperature(45 ℃)、oxygen content of 11%—25%,the purification effect of the solution(Co(Ⅱ)∶Cu(Ⅱ)=3∶1) was superior;at high temperature(45—80 ℃)、oxygen content of 25%—80%,the removal rate of phosphorus in the solution(Co(Ⅱ)∶Cu(Ⅱ)=1∶1) was excellent.When the other conditions were uniform,the solution(Co(Ⅱ)∶Cu(Ⅱ)=1∶1) can endure the fluctuation of the velocity of flow and the contents of oxygen and phosphine.
