An 83.2-km, 20-Gb/s QPSK CDM-OFDM-PON is experimentally demonstrated. The reachable distance is extended from less than 40 km to 90 km using super-Nyquist image induced aliasing. CDM-OFDM is shown to outperform conventional OFDM signals in IM/DD systems.
