This research aimed to determine the significant differences of mathematics learning achievement by the students who are learning mathematics through cooperative learning model Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) aided visual media with students who are learned through conventional teaching at the fifth grade elementary school students cluster 1 Abiansemal Badung. This research was a quasi experimental with nonequivalent control group design. This population of the research was the fifth grade students of Elementary School No 2 Sangeh as the experimental group and the fifth grade students of Elementary School No 1 Blahkiuh as the control group. The data in this study were collected by using mathematic achievement test instruments such an essay test. The test results were then analyzed using the t-test statistical test. These results indicated that there were significant differences in mathematic achievements between the experimental group and control group. It can be seen from the result of the t-test where tvalue > t table. The average of mathematic achievements experimental group was higher than the average of mathematic achievements group that was 80.51 > 66.77. It’s meant that the application of cooperative learning model Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) aided visual media was influenced on students’ mathematic learning
