Haematocervix is an uncommon condition in which the endocervical canal is dilated and filled with blood. A case of haematocervix in a 15‐year‐old girl with vaginal atresia described by Jeffcoate (1967) is the only one reported in the literature in the last ten years. Recently two cases following cone biopsy have been seen in our hospital.
