Localization of an insulin-neutralizing factor by zone electrophoresis in a serum of an insulin-resistant patient.

Abstract The serum of an insulin-resistant patient was fractionated into various electrophoretically separable components by zone electrophoresis. Insulin-neutralizing activity was shown to be associated with the gamma globulin fraction.
