A Method Framework for Engineering Process Capability Models

This article introduces a Method Framework for Engineering Process Capability Models. This method framework supports the definition of methods or processes to engineer a Process Capability Model. The main goal is that the method framework is a useful proposal for developing methods and processes for engineering Process Capability Models. The method framework defines seven steps and seven customizations rules.
