Then the problems of private investment railway stations are pointed out, comparing with those ideal roles. The spatial characters are defined on the basis of user type and facilities status. The main purpose is to suggest the positive roles of the stations. The worst problem the existing stations have is the too much priority to profit, no matter what role they are doing as urban nodes. The station has to be developed more user-oriented. So, the plans has to give publicity back to the stations that provides residents with more other services than just transportation.
