The future of investigative interviewing: lessons for Australia

‘Society cannot afford investigative interviewing to be poor. This affects people's perceptions of the criminal justice system. The guilty get away, the innocent are convicted, justice for children and vulnerable adults is inadequate. Poor interviewing is of no value to anyone; it is a waste of time, resources and money.
