The lifting storage trolley has the advantages of reasonable structural design, high automation degree, low producing and manufacturing cost and the like. Moreover, the lifting storage trolley can be matched with a transposition carrying device when in batched sealing tests, so that the hydraulic valves can be stored in a layered and overlapped manner, and the space using ratio of the lifting storage trolley is improved.
