The labor workout helps to prevent the occupational diseases, it has been studied and it is gaining terrain from the beginning of the industrial era, the fast incorporation of the new technologies of automation, associated to new ways of organizing the work and as far as the Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) and the Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMD) are evidenced. In this paperwork we have developed a brief historic and analyzed aspects related to the labor workout, the RSI/WMD in different methods of this workout, as well as the positive results obtained in some examples to promote benefits both for the worker and for the company. Besides preventing the RSI/WMD, it presents faster and more direct results on the promoting of the health and the improvement of the life quality to the worker.
