자동차 차체 조립라인 시뮬레이션을 위한 오토마타 적용

In this paper, we proposed an approach to operate Digital Manufacturing System of an automobile assembling line using Automata and Discrete Event System modeling based on generic model that is proposed C. M Park et al.. For this purpose, we adopts the SCT (Supervisor Control Theory) that is composed of controller and plant. After the analysis of each process of the automobile assembling line, the plant model is designed by generic model and the controller is implemented by automata. As a result, the validation of construction method is possible before the generation of PLC program and the verification of PLC program is practicable by using PLC-Studio module.
