Countdown for the Full-Scale Development of 5G New Radio [Mobile Radio]

The first implementable fifth generation (5G) New Radio (NR) standard was successfully completed at the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) Technical Specification Group Radio Access Network (RAN) Plenary Meeting in Lisbon, Portugal, on 21 December 2017.
