Simulation on Three-phase PWM Inverter under One-cycle Control

A three-phase PWM inverter connected to power grid under one-cycle control is explored,then a new control method is proposed.Only two fully-controlled power electronic switch devices need to be applied for PWM control at the same instant so as to reduce switching loss.In addition,implementation of sine pulse-width modulation(SPWM) with one -cycle control achieves simpler electric circuit and good dynamic performance.The modeling and simulation for three-phase PWM inverter under one-cycle control is completed with Matlab/ Simulink software.The simulation results show that power factor near 1 and output sinusoidal currents are obtained,moreover,it verifies that principle of the method is feasible and further experimental confirmation should be made.
