Signature-based Approach to Fair Document Exchange

An expansion anchor comprising (a) a bolt having at one end a conically tapered and threaded end portion and, at its opposite end, means for engagement with a torque tool and a workpiece, and (b) an internally conically tapered and threaded expansion sleeve which engages said conically tapered and threaded end portion of the bolt. The outer diameter of the expansion sleeve corresponds substantially to the diameter of the bolt.
